What does the £95 first visit fee include?
Our £95 initial visit fee includes callout, diagnostics and labour carried out during the first visit. Any required parts or further visits will always be discussed before further work is carried out.
Do you offer same day appointments?
We can offer same day appointments, especially if you call in the morning. Same day appointments cannot be booked online.
Which appliances do you repair?
We repair washing machines, washer dryers, tumble dryers, dishwashers, fridges and freezers, ovens and cookers.
What does your 90 day guarantee include?
Our 90 day guarantee includes all parts that we have supplied and any work that we have carried out.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit card payments, bank transfers and cash payments.
What happens if my appliance cannot be fixed?
If an appliance is beyond repair then we can provide expert advice on the most practical next steps, including guidance on what type of integrated appliance you need.
Do you charge for follow up visits?
Yes, follow up visits and parts are chargeable. Any further costs will always be discussed and approved beforehand.
